The Objective

Here we need to dip into “corporate speak” and talk about SMART objectives. As many of you will know, this acronym means that the objective(s) need to be:

Time Bound

Something like “I’d like to drop one clothes size in the next 6 weeks, ready for my holiday” would be good as opposed to “I’d like to lose weight” which presents a trainer with a number of unknowns.

It is our responsibility to help you state the objective in terms that mean something to you and to us. There is no bigger motivation than seeing yourself improve, and ultimately achieve a goal.

So, hopefully you like the idea of training with a professional, who shares age, experience, outlook, and some of the same pains as you. What now?
