Where are you now?

To get started, we need to understand your current level of fitness, any health ups and downs you have had, a bit about your diet etc.

So we ensure that you fill in a health questionnaire before we meet and then conduct a fitness assessment as part of your first FREE session. This isn’t as onerous as it sounds, and we can provide details during our first conversation.

We also ask you to keep a food diary for a week. This is useful whether you are trying to gain muscle, become fitter, or lose weight.

From this information we are able to tailor your programme accordingly, ensuring that everything we do is safe, and effective.
