Training with a Personal Trainer

One hour sessions

If you have the time to spare, this is an ideal length of time to train. Each hour that you train with Fitter Over 50 will be tailored to your objectives and be planned with appropriate variety and progression.

We view these sessions as the “gold standard” for our training with time spent on all elements of fitness. You can achieve so much each time, and depending on the regularity of the sessions, you may have activity to undertake between each one to make your time with us even more productive.
