Training with a Personal Trainer

Half Hour Sessions

If you are pushed for time, we can still achieve a great deal in half an hour. We need to get straight into the session, and with that in mind, we email the session content to you one day before you train. That way, you will have something to look forward to!

These shorter sessions tend to place more emphasis on one element of fitness e.g. cardio vascular training, muscular endurance etc, but this focus can vary each time we meet depending on what you want to achieve, so session one may be cardio, session two muscular strength and so on.





So, hopefully you like the idea of training with a professional, who shares age, experience, outlook, and some of the same pains as you. What now?
