The First Contact

So, hopefully you like the idea of training with a professional, who shares age, experience, outlook, and some of the same pains as you. What now?

The first step is to contact us, and we will send you our health questionnaire and set a date for your first FREE consultation. The questionnaire covers areas such as current lifestyle, illnesses, your objectives, barriers to training etc.

At the consultation, we will cover your requirements in more detail, and complete our mandatory pre-training activity such as taking blood pressure, key body measurements etc.

From the information that we gather we build your plan.

The Plan

This is your programme of activity, specifically tailored to your requirements, taking account of your likes and dislikes, the time you have available, your current fitness and health levels and more.

The design of the plan, the maintenance of the plan, and its updating is managed by your trainer. If you stick to your plan, you will achieve results!
